VISITING TIME
- Visitors are allowed from 8:00AM until 8:00PM.
- BEYOND 8:00 PM, only one (1) watcher per patient is allowed in wards and semi- private rooms and only two (2) watchers in private rooms.
- Children under 7 years old, except patients, are not allowed inside the premises.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
- Ask for assistance in operating machines, equipment and appliances for the first time users.
- STRICKLY NO SMOKING. Using items that may trigger fire and smoke such as candles are also prohibited.
- Any harmful devices (e.g. firearms, knives) must be deposited to the security personnel.
PROPER DECORUM
- Behave in a considerate and respectful way at all times.
- Keep noise levels to a minimum. Lower volume of audio and visual devices.
- Don’t enter the hospital when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
CLEANLINESS AND ORDERLINESS
- Observe tidiness inside your room. Follow proper waste segregation. Garbage cans are labeled for your guidance.
- Vandalism is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing of pungent foods is strictly prohibited such as durian, etc.
ENERGY CONSERVATION
- Conserve energy and water. Turn off the lights, appliances and faucets when not in use.
- Charges will apply to plugging/charging of electronic devices such as cellular phones, laptop, appliances such as heater, rice cooker, etc.
- Maintain air-con temperature at 22 degree Celsius unless indicated by the doctors or nurse
*While inside the room, please take care of your valuables. Hospital management is not responsible for loss of any personal property.BILLING PROCEDURE- Within 24 hours from the time of admission, submit PhilHealth and other insurance documents.
- 3:00 PM: Cut-off time for MGH (May Go Home).
- 5:00 PM Cut-off time for payment and check out time.
- The nurse will check the room for completeness before discharge.
*IN CASE OF GROSS VIOLATION OF THE HOUSE RULES, SFHDI SHALL EXERCISET THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE CAHRGES, ORDER PREMATURE DISCHARGE OF A PATIENT, OR BAN INDIVIDUAL VISITORS FORM THE HOSPITAL.
